Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and Sundays are the recognised days of the week for such events through the summer months. Players and Organisers are Temporary members for the day and may make full use of the Club's facilities - bars, lounges, dining room, snooker room and changing room.

The number of players is normally limited to 40, but larger parties can be accommodated provided sufficient notice of requirements is given to allow them to be fitted in to the club's calendar. We expect players to have Club handicaps, but will normally make exceptions on the understanding that the organiser takes responsibility for the reasonable competence of his/her players. We also expect visitors to observe the Club's dress code.
Play is from the yellow tees (ladies off red tees) at times and in a format agreed with the Secretary in advance.

The first move in arranging for a visiting party is a call to the Secretary (Tel: 01665 830231) to discuss requirements and to assess the availability of the course, after which a booking form is issued by the Office, to be returned with a 10% deposit on the estimated total of green fees.

Arrangements for Individuals and Small Groups
Individuals and small groups of visitors are welcomed to Alnmouth by prior arrangement on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Starting times are available one week in advance of play, intending visitors should ring the clubhouse at least the day before visiting to avoid disappoinment. It is helpful if catering requirements are made known at the time of booking or before play.

It is possible for visitors to hire one of the Club's buggies, although the course is not unduly hilly or tiring in normal weather conditions.
Starting times for visitors are normally after 10am and after 2:30pm. Play is off the yellow tees (ladies off red tees). We expect visiting players to have official Club handicaps, and to respect the traditional etiquette of the game.
Visitors are made Temporary Members for the day, and may use all the facilities of the Club, including bars, lounges, dining room, snooker room and changing rooms. They are expected to observe the Club's dress code on and off the course.
